"Death, Dying and the Afterlife"

What does Judaism teach about the process of dying; and what happens after death?  How do we prepare for death and what lies beyond? Come explore this powerful topic as we learn with Rabbi Barclay about our Sages' teachings about the progression of the soul through the process of death.  The evening will begin with a special Yom HaShoah memorial candle lighting and brief service honoring those who died in the Holocaust, and then continue with a passionate discussion on the Jewish teachings surrounding death, dying, and what comes after.

We will be joined by some special guests from local mortuaries and cemeteries to add to experience and wisdom, so come join the learning and dialogue.
