About the Event

Come join Rabbi Barclay and the TNS community for a special evening of study in our monthly Talmud & Tobacco session. The topic will be:

"The Environment, Nature, Animal Rights, and Judaism"

We will explore what Judaism teaches us about nature, animal rights, the environment, and how we are to interact with the physical world around us. We will learn about some of the gifts our Sages believed could be found in nature, and how to utilize those gifts to achieve more fullness, success, and joy in life, as well as how animals are viewed in Jewish tradition.

Like all programming at Temple Ner Simcha, this class is free of charge; and is open to all adults: men and women, and people of all knowledge and experience levels. Complimentary premium cigars will be provided as always, and there is a non-smoking section for those who would like to learn about the topic without being affected by the smoke.
