About the Event
Cheshbon HaNefesh: An Accounting of our Souls
In preparation for the upcoming High Holidays, our topic this month will be the traditional Jewish Practice of taking an accounting of our souls, known as "Cheshbon HaNefesh". We all try to balance our check books, budget appropriately, and make good business decisions; but do we ever do the same for our own spiritual development? This session will go into the traditional practices that are used so that we can have an honest evaluation of where we are in our lives and how to live with more passion and joy. Join us as we explore together how to make each individual life more full in every way!
Complimentary premium cigars are provided, and there will be a special non-smoking area for those who would like to study without the tobacco.
Like all programming at Temple Ner Simcha, this class is FREE of charge; and is open to all adults: men and women, and people of all knowledge and experience levels.
